Privacy policy

1. What we collect

For the waitlist, where applicable: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.

In the product: audio and notes you choose to capture, their transcripts, and summaries and connections generated by Notamos. Notamos only captures when you start it.

2. How we use it

To communicate about your access and the launch; transcribe, summarize and organize your notes; and operate, maintain and improve the service securely.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share only the information needed with providers that help us operate: infrastructure and storage for your account and notes; AI providers for transcription and generation; and internal tools to manage the waitlist and respond to messages.

AI providers process content to deliver your results under confidentiality agreements; they do not use it for advertising.

4. Security and location

We encrypt your information in transit and apply access controls. Our infrastructure operates in the United States. No system is infallible.

5. Retention and data requests

We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing support@notamos.app.

6. Sensitive data

Notamos is not currently intended for clinical or protected health information. If we offer a version for that use in the future, it will include additional protections and its own privacy information.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Notamos evolves. We will notify you of significant changes and update the date on this page.
